Accepted promotions with our company in mid to late August with a relocation date of October 1st to the Cleveland area from Arkansas. Contacted Beth through Zillow about some homes. She went out of her way to help us even though she had never met us. She went to look at homes on our behalf since we were still in Arkansas and provided feedback to us. When we came for a week to bring our family up over the Labor Day weekend, she spent her entire weekend with us showing us homes. She stayed in constant contact with us sending recommendations, answering questions. She has always been up front, honest, and dependable. Even when our thoughts of what we wanted changed several times, she was very patient, understanding, and helpful. Hands down, the best realtor and buying experience I have ever had!
